Contracted by Triple Jump, RAFAD visited the Lift Above Poverty Organization, the largest MFI in Nigeria, in July/August 2007. While there Jean Pouit and Lora du Moulin realized an in-depth analysis of the information workflow, facilitating the transition from a manual to computerized workflow. In doing so they improved internal security, decreased labor-intensive data computation, and provided key management advice.
